Quels sont les concurrents identifi\u00e9s et leur positionnement actuel ? Existe-t-il d\u00e9j\u00e0 des solutions sur le march\u00e9 ?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Concernant la cible : quel est le probl\u00e8me principal rencontr\u00e9 par cette audience ? Ce probl\u00e8me n&#8217;a-t-il pas encore \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9solu ou l&#8217;a \u00e9t\u00e9 de mani\u00e8re insatisfaisante ?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En termes de faisabilit\u00e9 : sommes-nous en mesure de d\u00e9velopper une solution pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 ce besoin ? Avons-nous les ressources \u00e9conomiques et humaines n\u00e9cessaires pour consacrer du temps \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9laboration et au d\u00e9veloppement d&#8217;une solution ?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En mati\u00e8re de viabilit\u00e9 : la cible identifi\u00e9e est-elle pr\u00eate \u00e0 payer pour r\u00e9soudre son probl\u00e8me ou satisfaire son besoin ?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En ce qui concerne la valeur ajout\u00e9e : notre mission, notre identit\u00e9 et notre marque nous permettent-ils de proposer une solution apportant une r\u00e9elle valeur ajout\u00e9e \u00e0 nos utilisateurs ?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enfin, concernant les solutions : quelles id\u00e9es pouvons-nous concevoir pour nous d\u00e9marquer de la concurrence ?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Ces questions et incertitudes constituent les d\u00e9fis que le product management s&#8217;efforce de r\u00e9soudre ou de minimiser afin de proposer la solution la plus adapt\u00e9e. Ce processus de d\u00e9couverte est continu et it\u00e9ratif, car au fur et \u00e0 mesure de l&#8217;\u00e9volution des r\u00e9flexions strat\u00e9giques, le product manager acquiert une meilleure compr\u00e9hension de chaque aspect, ajustant ainsi sa strat\u00e9gie pour \u00e9viter de s&#8217;engager dans une fausse direction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un d\u00e9fi majeur de cette phase est d&#8217;identifier le probl\u00e8me principal, souvent immerg\u00e9, sous-jacent. Il est peu probable que la cible puisse formuler ce probl\u00e8me de mani\u00e8re explicite, d&#8217;o\u00f9 la responsabilit\u00e9 du product management de le d\u00e9couvrir.
